1. What is a database?
A database is a computerized record keeping system involving data, the hardware that physically stores that data, the software that utilizes the hardware's file system and the users who turn the data into information.
2. How does a database work on a web site?
In essence, a program "queries" a database of inventory items and produces an HTML page based on the results of that query.
3. What databases do you support?
We support ODBC (see below) access from Active Server Pages or scripts to Microsoft Access databases.
We support MYSQL (you must have a professional or elite package in order to use MYSQL)
